10 weeks, June to August, in a small desert farming town between Phoenix and Tucson.
Your team starts and runs one lab in Eloy, with a local guide, from first idea to last session. You own it.
2 to 4 MBA students, from any school. Apply on your own or with up to 3 teammates. We’ll pair anyone who applies alone.
What you’ll leave with: a one-page blueprint of what worked and what didn’t, so other neighborhoods and institutions can do it too.
Eloy summers reach 110°F, and there’s no playbook yet. This is for people who are comfortable with ambiguity and would rather build something from scratch than spend the summer somewhere comfortable.
